These quotes are beginning to make my blood boil in respect to how far our non – representative “leaders” have gotten off track.
Just makes me long for another time and place before everything got so messed up.
Maybe we should be sending these to the House and Senate
though if they are too stupid to read bills before they pass them I am sure they wouldn’t read these either. And if they did, don’t
believe they would comprehend.
It would be nice if our reps reconsidered their role in our system, not just in our government. Our system dictates that they represent the people that elected them, not the party to which they are affiliated nor the other politicos with whom they ‘wheel and deal” for their own common interests. I believe we all need to focus upon our own local state governments and get them in line. If they will become constitutionally educated and directed, they would soon take back those authorities given them under the constitution and our representation would be much more profound toward our “Nebraska” needs rather than the countries needs. They would also be helping to limit the Federal Government to those ever so few authorities originally given to the federal system under the constitution.
