Love this quote. However, people don’t read much of value anymore and therefore have not been guarding their liberty and freedoms. When they are all gone, they will wonder what happened.
I agree … people just never seem to figure out just how sacred and valuable some things are until after they have lost them completely. So often then, when it seems too late, they try to find excuses about the loss, rather than stand up and take their stuff back!
